Lemons ( 1/2 lemon )
Celery ( 3 stalks )
Carrots ( 2 medium )
Spinach, kale, or mustard greens ( 2 large handfuls)
Cut and clean all the ingredients to fit withing your juicer. Add the spinach or other leafy greens into your juicer first so the more water dense fruits and veggies will help push the greens through. The lemon you can peel and put through with the rest of the ingredients, or you can squeeze it into the finished juice later.
